TEE CEE TRADE only sells to smoking adults of legal smoking age, who own and can purchase with a credit card or any other offered payment option. Risk of Loss/national-international shipment

All items purchased from “our website” or from the TEE CEE TRADE offices or sales/distribution agents are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items may pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Espescially for orders shipped to countries outside the Netherlands: We are not responsible for any custom/delay/loss/destruction of your order, after delivery to the carrier. When we recieve orders back to our adress, we charge a restocking fee of 20% with a minimum of $20,00. Refunds will be made within 30days when enough information is available to refund you at the same way that we recieved your payment. A second shipment is optional only after payment for the total costs of shipment. When a shipment has been returned to us, we only refund you the total order amount minus shippingcosts. When the order was approved for free shipping, the original shippingcosts payed for you as free shippingcosts, will be deducted from the totalamount to be refund to you.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the prices displayed for TEE CEE TRADE products represent the full suggested retail price incl 19% BTW, listed on the product itself.   Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, independent sales representative or distribution agents, the price may be provided by that merchant.

With respect to items sold by “our website”, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you complete an online order. 

Please note that this policy applies only to TEE CEE TRADE products sold on the “our website” and shipped by TEE CEE TRADE or its affiliate. If a third-party site quotes prices different from the “our website”, your only remedy is to contact the third-party site to settle any dispute.
